Shipping or pickup of goods.

1. Local pickup (41-800 Zabrze, Knurowska 63 - GATE B2) from 8:00 to 15:00 (Mon-Fri)
    
2. Shipping outside Poland is priced individually (InPost / GLS / Raben).
    
3. Other (cost, delivery terms, and delivery date may be determined individually).

The Buyer should check the condition of the goods upon delivery and in the presence of the representative of the delivery entity (courier, postal operator, etc.). In case of any damage to the shipment,  a damage report must be drawn up in the presence of the courier. The Seller must be notified of the situation immediately by phone or e-mail.

The Seller is not responsible for non-delivery of goods for reasons attributable to the Buyer – e.g., due to providing an incorrect delivery address. In such a situation, the Seller will, as far as possible, enable the Buyer to pick up the goods from the personal pickup location indicated on www.bubbletea.pl, unless the parties agree on another method of delivering the goods to the Buyer.
